Sandra Falkena
San has always been passionate about healthy food. In 1984, she moved to Lagos, where she started her career by opening a small health food store that also sold supplements and herbal teas. To ensure she could provide her customers with expert advice on various vitamins, minerals, and herbs, she began studying the subject extensively. It was many years later that she officially earned her degree as a nutritionist. In 1986, she established the first vegetarian restaurant in the same building. Her cooking featured unique ingredients like seaweed and tahini, and guests could serve themselves at a dedicated salad bar—which was quite extraordinary at the time. After over 40 years of working with healthy nutrition and supplements, Sandra offers personalized dietary advice tailored to your specific needs. Every nutritional journey begins with an initial intake consultation (approx. 15 min, €10), after which one or more follow-up consultations can be scheduled (approx. 45 min, €45).
