Meals:

We serve dinner from April through September, three times a week, on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 7.30 pm. You can sign up till 10.00 am. If you arrive on one of these days you can make your reservation for dinner by mail. On arrival at all other days we can always make you a sandwich and a drink.

Breakfast is available between 9.00 am. and 10.00 am, it is nog included.

Sheets/towels

We provide sheets and towels. Sheets will be changed once a week, towels twice a week.

Cleaning

We ask our guests to keep their room or apartment clean. You can use the cleaning materials in the communal cleaning cupboard. You can also ask our personnel to do the cleaning, we than charge 10€ a day extra.

Smoking

Smoking is prohibited inside the buildings, outside it is allowed. Please be aware of fire hazard.

Washing machine

2 Washing machines are for communal use. We charge 3€ including soap.

Baby-sitting

We can arrange this on your request, costs 5€ p. hour.

Pets

To bring your pet we ask you to first have a consultation with us to decide if we can allow you to do so. We presume that your pet is well trained and does not sit or lay on chairs, sofas and beds at Monte Rosa. Dogs should be kept on the leash at all times.
We charge 2 euros a day per pet for extra cleaning.

We have three cats at Monte Rosa, which we enjoy a lot. As we are aware that some people are allergic to cats, we like to inform you of their presence beforehand and apologise should they intrude where they don't belong.

Free Wifi

For those who bring a laptop we have a free Wireless Internet connection. We also have a guest laptop for you to use. This will cost 1 euro for half an hour.

Arrival time

As we do not have a 24-hours reception service, therefore we appreciate very much if you could let us know on forehand more or less your arrival time.
