Monte Rosa has good bikes available for you to hire with helmets, child seats, bags, SPD pedals and 11 great road descriptions for between 11-20,00 euro per day depending on your requirements.

Some of the mountain bike group excursions to book at Monte Rosa are:

• Downhill Cycling Summer Trip: A 22km day trip on easy going safe roads leading you from the Monchique mountains through beautiful scenery down to the coast. The trip can be combined with canoeing on a lake and is only appropriate for those aged between 15 -70 years.

In Lagos you can also hire a bike for 10 euro per day which is of slight lower quality but good if you need it for your transport. For 5 euro they will bring the bike to Monte Rosa.
